Join this webinar to learn about the National Themes, Outcomes, and Measures (TOMs) for Wales, an agreed set of measurements to include in procurement contracts. This session is designed for the Public Sector supplier base and we will focus on areas that help bidders win more work using the National TOM’s for Wales. The National TOM’s for Wales incorporates the existing Community Benefits toolkit measures, but also provides additional opportunities to deliver on the requirements of the Well-being of Future Generations Act. The TOMs tool considers the whole procurement cycle, including commissioning, contract management and supply chain relationships.
