The integration between Delta eSourcing and Social Value Portal brings best-practice procurement and Social Value together, giving buyers and suppliers a seamless, consistent, and auditable way to manage Social Value within the tender process.

ProContract and Social Value Portal customers can benefit from end-to-end procurement and Social Value, fully integrated. In 2024-25 alone, shared customers have put 209 tenders through our integration. As a result, these customers have unlocked £24m in Social Value and counting.

The partnership between ESPO and Social Value Portal allows Social Value to be included in framework solutions for the benefit of our mutual customers and the communities they serve across the UK. The use of the Social Value TOM System™ will help to measure the social, economic, and environmental impact of projects procured via ESPO.
