Social Value Portal's platform has allowed customers to report against Central Government’s Social Value Model for several years, but feedback from customers taught us that there was more work to do to enhance this experience.
Our goal was to offer a centralised space for customers to report the delivery of Social Value initiatives with ease, whilst still taking advantage of the unique rigour that the TOM System offers – so credibility and integrity aren’t at risk.
